The Trimulgherry Deanery, in collaboration with the youth of Velankanni Matha Church, successfully conducted Encounter 2026 on 25th March 2026 at Velankanni Matha Church, Balaji Nagar.

This blessed Lenten gathering brought together many young people for a powerful night dedicated to prayer, reflection, and a deeper encounter with Christ’s presence. The atmosphere was filled with faith, devotion, and a sincere longing to draw closer to God. Program Highlights ️ Meditation sessions that inspired participants to reflect deeply on the Word of God Eucharistic Adoration and Worship, creating a sacred space to personally encounter Jesus The Adoration was prayerfully led by Fr. Jerome, the Youth Director, guiding the youth into a profound experience of Christ in the Eucharist. The event was also supported by Ms. Christy, the Youth President of Velankanni Matha Church and and Ms. Ceelena, President of the Trimulgherry Deanery, along with their committed team. Throughout the night, hearts were touched, spirits were renewed, and many experienced the gentle call of God inviting them into a closer relationship with Him. In the silence of prayer and the beauty of worship, the youth discovered that true peace is found only in Christ.
